All reservations can be made up to 2 working days (only for nationalities, which do not require visa) before arrival to Brunei. In order to handle your reservation effectively, please advise full details of groups or FITS names, arrival/departure date, flight numbers, room requirements and TOUR CODE where appropriate must be stated.

Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, a cancellation charge of 50% of the tour fees will be imposed.
Illness or Absenteeism
In case you have to withdraw from a tour after it has begun for reasons such as illness, be sure to obtain a medical certificate in support of any insurance claim. We regret that we are not able to make refunds for absences from a tour, including meals or sightseeing. If a promotional airfare is broken or extended for any reason, an additional fare may be payable.
No refund is available for cancellation after the tour has commenced.
Children under 2 are free, 2-11 years old: 25% off adult fare
All other foreign language-speaking guide (exclude English & Mandarin) is available upon request, with optional charges. Meals Meals are not included unless specified in the itinerary.
ANTHONY TOURS & TRAVEL AGENCY SDN BHD herein referred to as "the company" acts only as agent in arranging for transportation, hotel accommodations and all other services related to your tours and therefore shall not under any circumstances be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident or delay due to any act of default of any person, hotel or other parties during the courser of the tour.
Nor shall we be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or property, or for injury, illness or death,or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss, negligence or delay from the act, error, omission default or negligence of any person not their direct employee or under their exclusive control,. Including any act, error, omission, default, or negligence of any country, government or governmental authority, officer or employee. All baggage and personal effects are at all times and in all circumstances at the risk of the tour participant. Baggage and/or travel insurance is recommended. The carriers, hotels or other suppliers who provide services on tour are independent contractors; they are not agents, employees or servants of the Operators or their associated companies. The Operators are not responsible for any criminal conduct by third party.
It is also expressly declared that the company shall have the sole and absolute discretion to decline or accept any person as a member of any tour, to cancel, alter or shorten the duration of any tour in the event of forced majeure, hostilities, accident of any circumstances beyond the control of the Company which render it necessary in the Company's opinion that such steps be taken. The company shall be relieved from all liabilities and obligations whatsoever resulting therefrom.
