Cross streams and forest trails to reach Wasai Teraja, where crystal waters tumble into a jungle pool – the perfect reward after your rainforest hike
From the Teraja Longhouse, the waterfall is about a 40-minute uphill hike through the dense jungle and crossing a few streams and logs along the way, nothing too challenging. The waterfall cascades into a clear, blue pool surrounded by trees and after a good hike, do not hesitate to jump in and frolic. It is all yours to enjoy, no crowds, just a swimming pool in the middle of a jungle.
For those without access to a private car, we recommend using Dart (think of it as Brunei’s Uber or Grab) which is the most convenient option for traveling in Brunei. While it provides hassle-free booking and convenience, keep in mind that pricing may vary.
