Throughout the two week event, 16 participating hotels, restaurants and food service providers will be promoting their own signature dishes such as Bamboo Chicken by Sumbiling Eco Village (this is a local favourite in Temburong), ‘Daging Salai Masak Lemak’ by IBTE School of Hospitality and Tourism and Bidasari Grilled Organic Chicken by Eco Ponies.
