In conjunction with Brunei December Festival 2019, Alliance Française de Brunei Darussalam will be holding French Gourmet Cooking Contest where you can sign up as a team of two
Date: 8 December 2019
Time: 9 AM until 6 PM
Venue: Mabohai Shopping Complex, Jalan Kebangsaan, Bandar Seri Begawan
This contest will involve two sessions where your team will need to produce a starter and main dish that complement each other, with the following schedule:
Morning session (10 AM until 12 PM) – Starter
Afternoon session (2 PM until 4.30 PM) – Main dish
At the beginning of the contest, a budget will be provided for each team where you will need to buy the ingredients of your menu at the supermarket before cooking session commences.
Our panel of judges will have a test taste and review session for the morning session at 12 PM, and the afternoon session at 4.30 PM.
Please note that all cooking appliances and utensils will need to be supplied by the team themselves.
